Tracy Tuffs
Tracy serves as the Clinical Director for Relationship and Sex Therapy Lincs and is also a Director of The Relationship Therapy Hub. She is a BACP registered Relationship, Children and Young People and Family Therapist and an Accredited COSRT Relationship and Sex Therapist and COSRT registered Clinical Supervisor. Previously, Tracy worked as a Sex and Relationship therapist and a family and children and young peoples counsellor at Relate, and has experience of leading a counselling in a local Hospice and a Prison service. Currently, she operates a private practice while also fulfilling the role of Student Manager and Tutor at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. Tracy is a registered member of BACP, AFT and a Registered and Accredited member of COSRT as a therapist and Clinical Supervisor.

Helen O'Donoghue
​
Helen is the Practice Manager for Relationship and Sex Therapy Lincs and is also a Director at The Relationship Therapy Hub. She is registered as a Relationship therapist with both BACP and COSRT. Helen runs a successful private practice based in both Retford and Lincoln.
At Relationship and Sex Therapy Lincs we have a team of Therapists who are undertaking specialist training in the field of relationships and psychosexual practice and they are at a point in their training where they are able to apply their learning to clinical practice. These therapists have a wealth of previous life experience and work experience in addition to their excellent specialist training. As student counsellors this would be reflected in the cost of the sessions. Our team consists of associate therapists with various specialisms, who work with bo individuals and multi-partnered relationships and we will match you with the one who is best suited to address your specific issues.
