Sometimes, one session is all it takes to help you address a concern. We will ask you to fill out a pre-session questionnaire so your counsellor can prepare for the session, ensuring that your time together is dedicated to supporting and guiding you through your specific needs. Single session therapy allows both the client and counsellor to concentrate on a single point of concern.

 

At the end of the session, you should have a clearer understanding of how to tackle the issue, feel less stuck, or have acquired useful skills that can help you make changes or become aware of additional services or therapies that could be beneficial.

Single session therapy can be done on your own or as a couple and is delivered online with a cost of £70.
